General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all products and services provided by HSM Insurance Group, LLC (“HSM”) to its clients. By using HSM’s products and services, you agree to be bound by these GTC.
2. Services HSM provides insurance products and services. HSM will make every effort to provide its products and services as described on its website or as agreed to with its clients. However, HSM makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the products or services provided.
3. Quotations and Proposals Any quotation or proposal provided by HSM is non-binding and subject to change without notice. The final terms and conditions of the insurance coverage will be specified in the insurance policy.
4. Payment HSM requires payment for its products and services in advance. If the client cancels the insurance policy after the effective date, HSM will retain a percentage of the premium as a cancellation fee.
5. Confidentiality HSM will keep all information provided by its clients confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to provide its products and services.
6. Limitation of Liability HSM will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of its products or services, including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of data or profits, or any loss or damage whatsoever.
7. Changes to GTC HSM reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The client will be notified of any changes made to the GTC.
8. Governing Law These GTC and any disputes arising from or related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
